Algemene Voorwaarden CobiCreation

Welkom bij CobiCreation!
Door deel te nemen aan een workshop, cursus, weekend of vakantie ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden:

1. Wie wij zijn

• Ik: C. Gaasbeek van CobiCreation
• Jij: De deelnemer, opdrachtgever of wettelijk vertegenwoordiger bij minderjarigen.
• Activiteit: Iedere creatieve workshop, cursus, online programma, weekend of vakantie.

2. Aanbod en inschrijving

• Aanbiedingen zijn geldig voor de vermelde periode.
• Een inschrijving via formulier, e-mail of telefoon is een definitieve overeenkomst.
• Wij bevestigen je inschrijving altijd. Mocht je niks horen, neem dan zsm contact op via de telefoon.

3. Betaling

• Alle prijzen zijn inclusief BTW, exclusief vervoer.
• Online cursussen: toegang pas na volledige betaling.
• Fysieke workshops/cursussen: vooraf betalen, tenzij anders afgesproken.
• Annuleringen door jou: Er wordt bij afzegging geen terugbetaling gedaan.

4. Herroepingsrecht digitale cursussen
   Bij aankoop van een online cursus heb je in principe 14 dagen bedenktijd. Je krijgt direct toegang tot de cursus als je tijdens het bestellen uitdrukkelijk toestemming geeft om de digitale inhoud direct te leveren en erkent dat je daarmee je herroepingsrecht verliest zodra de levering is gestart.

5. Toegang en gebruik

• Online: persoonlijke inloggegevens, niet delen met anderen.
• Fysiek: deelname onder voorbehoud van voldoende inschrijvingen en op eigen risico.
• Alle materialen zijn auteursrechtelijk beschermd en alleen voor persoonlijk gebruik.

6. Creatieve weekenden en vakanties

• Aanbetaling verplicht bij inschrijving.
• Betalingen moeten vooraf afgehandeld zijn.
• Tot 8 weken voor aanvang: alleen de aanbetaling van €150 wordt in rekening gebracht.
• Vanaf 8 weken tot 4 weken voor aanvang: 50% van het totaalbedrag.
• Vanaf 4 weken voor aanvang: 100% van het totaalbedrag.
• De aanbetaling wordt verrekend met het verschuldigde bedrag.
• Aanbevolen!: reis- en annuleringsverzekering (evt. met werelddekking) afsluiten.
• Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor persoonlijke schade of verlies.

7. Annulering of verplaatsing door ons

• Bij onvoldoende deelnemers of ziekte kan een activiteit worden verplaatst of geannuleerd.
• Betaalde bedragen worden in dat geval wel terugbetaald of verrekend met een nieuwe datum.

8. Aansprakelijkheid

• Deelname is op eigen risico.
• Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade aan eigendommen of persoonlijk letsel.
• Materiaal kan vlekken geven. Draag geschikte kleding.
• Overmacht (storm, ziekte, transportproblemen, etc.) ontslaat ons van aansprakelijkheid.

9. Publicatie en promotie

• Bij activiteiten kan beeldmateriaal gemaakt worden voor promotie.
• Bezwaar? Meld dit vooraf.
• Gedeeld materiaal via Facebookgroepen of andere media mag gebruikt worden voor promotie, zonder vergoeding.

10. Geheimhouding

• Alles wat je leert en ontvangt tijdens workshops/cursussen is auteursrechtelijk beschermd.
• Materialen en kennis mogen niet gedeeld of openbaar gemaakt worden zonder toestemming.
• Respecteer de privacy en vertrouwelijkheid van mededeelnemers.

11. Privacy

• Persoonsgegevens worden vertrouwelijk behandeld volgens onze Privacyverklaring: https://cobicreation.com/privacyverklaring/

12. Klachten

• Neem bij klachten contact op via cobi@cobicreation.com.
• Betaling van een activiteit blijft verplicht bij een klacht.

Welcome to CobiCreation!

By participating in a workshop, course, creative weekend, retreat, or other activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions:

1. About CobiCreation

CobiCreation: C. Gaasbeek, doing business as CobiCreation
Participant: The person purchasing or participating in an activity.
Activity: Any creative workshop, course, online program, weekend, retreat, or other activity offered by CobiCreation.

2. Registration and Purchase

• Prices and conditions are stated on the relevant sales or registration page.
• Registration or purchase through a form, website, email, or other communication channel constitutes an agreement with CobiCreation.
• We will confirm your registration by email or other agreed communication. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Online courses and programs must be paid in full before access is provided, unless otherwise stated.
• For in-person activities, payment is required according to the payment terms stated at registration.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by CobiCreation.
• For online programs, access may be provided immediately after purchase.

4. Online Courses and Copyright

• Online access is personal. Login details may not be shared with others.
• Access is provided for the period stated on the relevant sales page.
• All course and workshop materials, including texts, illustrations, PDFs, videos, worksheets, templates, and assignments, are protected by copyright and are for personal use only.
• Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, sold, or published without permission from CobiCreation.

5. Creative Weekends and Retreats

• Payment is required according to the payment schedule stated at registration.
• Up to 8 weeks before the start date: the €150 deposit is non-refundable.
• From 8 weeks up to 4 weeks before the start date: 50% of the total amount is due.
• From 4 weeks before the start date: 100% of the total amount is due.
• The deposit is credited toward the total amount due.
• We recommend travel and cancellation insurance. Participation is at your own risk.

6. Cancellation or Changes by CobiCreation

• CobiCreation may cancel or reschedule an activity due to insufficient enrollment, illness, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• If CobiCreation cancels an activity, amounts paid will be refunded or, where applicable, transferred to a new date.

7. Liability

• Participation is at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
• Creative materials may stain clothing. Please wear suitable clothing.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, CobiCreation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.

8. Photography and Promotion

• Photos or videos may be taken during activities for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear, please let us know beforehand.
• Content you voluntarily share with CobiCreation or in a CobiCreation community may be used for promotional purposes with your permission.

9. Community and Confidentiality

• Please respect the privacy of other participants.
• Do not share personal information, private conversations, screenshots, or course materials outside the community without permission.

12. Applicable Law

• These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your place of residence.
• If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
